Planetary Mosaics: The first introduction set

The activities in this box allow children to explore the connecting patterns of the Earth in a fun and interactive manner. Using a combination of puzzles, visual cards and engaging activities, children will learn about the connections across the planet, from a leaf to a forest, or a water droplet to the ocean.

Activity 1 – Gathering and assembling a puzzle using coloured concentric circles;
Activity 2 – Finding and matching images that explore the connections between the small, near, vast and far, as this activity unfolds patterns of integration are revealed;
Activity 3 – Placing sets of animal, transport and shelter cards in appropriate habitats and environments.

Typed and illustrated Instructions, circular cards in two pouches
Eight sets of seven circular cards contained in individual pouches
Three sets of habitat cards in three pouches:
o 35 animal cards
o 30 transport cards
o 30 shelter cards

The sets are hand-made with some variation in the colours.
